TREATING DIARRHEA

Everyone gets diarrhea once in a while. Although its symptoms may be unpleasant, diarrhea usually doesn't require any special treatment — these bouts of loose, watery stool are usually temporary. In many cases of diarrhea, replacing lost fluid and salts is the only action needed. To replace these lost fluids, you should consume broth, soup, fruit juices, soft fruits, or vegetables.
There are certain foods, however, that can make this condition worse. If you have diarrhea, try to avoid:

milk and milk products, such as ice cream or cheese

high-fat or greasy foods, such as fried foods

foods that have a lot of fiber, such as citrus fruits

very sweet foods, such as cakes and cookies

As you feel better and your diarrhea subsides, begin eating soft, bland food, such as bananas, plain rice, boiled potatoes, toast, crackers, cooked carrots, and baked chicken without the skin or fat. Monitor how your body responds to these foods, and once your diarrhea has gone you can return to your normal diet.

Today Na Today

You are wondering why I titled this write up Today Na Today. Firstly today happens to be the workers day, work free day, but we are working. Secondly we presented to two big clients today. Crusader Insurance and Royal Exchange Assurance, and because today is May day the elevators are on holiday. We were expected at the stadium but we didn't go, we chose to visit our clients and we ended up doing our match past on their staircases. The elevator guy simply refuse to come to the office, just because its workers day. Our team presented to Royal Exchange after climbing 16 floors, and at Crusader Insurance they went another 7 floors. 23 floors altogether. You will agree with me these is more than match past. God bless Bluebird.
